This includes but is not limited to: products, services, consultations, digital downloads, treatments, and custom hair systems. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, allergic reactions, scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind. By making a purchase or booking a service with The L.A.
